My Passion’s dance floor-thrilling electro shock rock nightmare delivers a shot to the gut that has you screaming for more! My Passion’s music transcends between the heights of heaven and depths of hell. One minute you’re at the greatest party on earth and your world is filled with joy, the next you’re plunged into a dark dirty scene from a Tim Burton film and a nightmare that you don’t want to end. My Passion have played over 350 shows, driving from Inverness to Paris in their ex-Salvation Army transit van. They have now driven the equivalent of four-and-a-half times around the earth! Despite overtures from some of the cooler labels out there (and one unnamed major), they decided to pursue world domination on their own terms with the launch of their own label, ‘Style Suicide Records’. The first release, Tomorrow Girls, recorded with Mark Williams (Enter Shikari, Fightstar, and The Killers) sold out of its limited 2,000 pressing. Followed by the second ‘Hot in the Dolls House’ going on to sell over 2,000 hard copies from live shows alone since June, plus great success through iTunes. Not content with playing the hundreds of live dates in the past two years, they also launched their own club night “Style Suicide Club”, a magnet for the disaffected youth and suburban misfits. It was NME’s Club of the week after just one outing. What has influenced the My Passion style? Everything. Pop, Electro, Metal, Punk, Dance from the last 40 years! On the van stereo: The Smashing Pumpkins, Timbaland, The Cure, Thrice, The Faint, Radiohead, DFA 1979 and GlassJaw.

They also took an early stance against political extremism with their Oi Against Racism and Political Extremism . . . But Still Against The System tour.
